      Strong growth potential; excellent client references; focus on client satisfaction; focus on growth of employees; very low employee turn-over.

      Cons

      Smaller company so expect to be asked to wear many hats.

      Pros

      It's been 2 years I'm with eSystems and I did not face any issues under any circumstances but noticed that this is the company to grow with. There are lots of opportunities which are wide open, and our efforts are highly noticed and appreciated. Management listens and responds to all your queries which were lagging in big companies.

      Cons

      I would rather say "area of improvement" instead of cons on Communications across the board. I see that they are finding ways to communicate with all the employers by Newsletter and by setting up brown bag sessions, but the frequency should be increased.

      Pros

      I have started my journey with eSystems in May, 2010. eSystems provided me ample opportunity to grow in last 6 years. They encourage to learn and adapt new technologies. eSystems has very talented team of professionals and always ready to help. Management is approachable and always ready to talk and discuss.

      Cons

      Sometime work assignments are not even, it used to happen that only handful of people has to do more work apart from project work.
