      Pros

      eSystems started as a modest small Company in 1999 that has been growing at a constant healthy pace. It allows great flexibility and work opportunities to its employees. Great benefits and leadership opportunities as well.

      Cons

      Typical small company issues. Nothing major.

      Pros

      eSystems provides opportunities to develop skills that server IT professionals across many roles and technologies. There are many opportunities to grow into new roles, be it changing position (e.g. from developer, to business analyst to project manager) or to learn new technologies and business domains.

      Cons

      The flexibility and dynamic work environment mentioned as a pro can occasionally lead to professional anomie if the employee and his/her manager do not actively manage the challenges of shifting roles.

      Pros

      They are well known in the industries they serve. They are excellent in taking over client's projects that fall short. Lots of opportunity to make quota. Management is supportive and honest with helping you achieve quota and then some. They have a 'team' oriented focus when it comes to making important engagement decisions.

      Cons

      Conferences and project work sometimes requires week-end work to be put in.
