Aviation Technical Writer (Contractor)
Pros
The staff appeared to work very hard to iron out issues. Some of the upper management were very professional and caring. They got better over time. The staff seems to be learning how to better coordinate with their contractors.
Cons
Some of the lower level employees seemed very inexperienced. During my on-boarding with the contract company several appointments were miss-managed and documents were sent to the wrong departments or not sent at all. I often had to talk to several different people on their team, and it wasn't really clear who my direct point of contact was. The medical enrollment and timesheet/payroll process was cumbersome and more difficult than it needed to be. Overall, eTeam seems to be a start up contracting company that just didn't have all of the years of experience that I'm used to like some of the other contracting agencies (AeroTek) that I have worked with in the past.
