      Pros

      Easy to get hired and get your foot in the door. It's a paycheck.

      Cons

      Being treated like your inferior by the employees who work directly for the job site company. No advancement opportunities and limited duration positions even if your a good worker. Lower pay than other contracting companies. All interactions with ETeam staff is over the phone or online nothing in person so you end up being just a number to them.

      Pros

      eTeam moved very swiftly after they approached me for a full-time contract position with one of their clients. They offered to rewrite my resume for the position. I was getting ready to pay someone to do this, and by them offering this service for free it saved me a lot of money! They also prepped me for each interview and met with me after to get my feedback. Very thorough and they have a 401k too!

      Cons

      One person at eTeam was trying to get me to take a lower rate, but I wouldn't and they later called me back and offered me what I wanted.
