Very Polite, and Supportive and cooperative throughout process.

1. The onboarding specialist (in my case Ms. Shreya) was really helpful and patient with everyone and did resolve everyones' problems. Personally, I currently have a fever 102*F, and her voice really soothed my mind and helped me process through the paperwork and other functions I had to fulfill the first and the 2nd day. 2. Company understands the needs of the employee, I tried joining on 13th but had to leave so they revised my LOI and transferred me to the next batch. 3. Onboarding was smooth like butter on a pan
