      At least it's a paycheck.

      Cons

      Minimal contact. When you do get someone on the phone it sounds just like a call center, Health insurance open enrollment period is designed to discourage enrollment. Minimal benefits.

      "Absolutely friendly company with great work culture"

      Pros

      Excellent management and very friendly , healthy , lively environment ! Good incentive structure , overall complete package of satisfaction and exposure to diversity! Excellent rewards and recognition and conferences.

      Cons

      Little chance for growth as satisfaction level is very high and very low attrition which gives little opportunity to grow.

      Pathetic company to work with.

      Pros

      can't think of any single pros. It was such a bad experience.

      Cons

      * Lacks professionalism. They say they believe in hassle free process, but its totally opposite here. * HR people in Bangalore office are of no use, they never respond to emails and phone calls. * Management is expert in making false promises. * Salary is delayed unnecessarily * And when after facing so many issues if you resign, they will not pay your salary and full and final settlement. Calls and mails will be ignored. No action will be taken by HR or any management person.
