      Pros

      eTeam is awesome company to work for. They have all the systems well established with appropriate use of resources.

      Cons

      HR point of contact isn't very well aware about the overseas clients. Although it's not big concern but still they need to get trained well.

      Pros

      They reach out to me by email regarding my resume, they felt I was qualified for this position. They always keep me posted with the process.

      Cons

      The down working with e-Team is they are out of state, and the assignment is only for one year.

      Pros

      Slow to start but once a client is interested, they are all over the task. Consistent emails, phone calls and support. The onboarding team has some kinks but they are better than most.

      Cons

      Dont respond to emails with emails. Phone calls are good but if you want to engage someone with little time to spare, please use emails!
