      There is something very wrong with this company

      Pros

      There are no pros to this company. It is essentially a scam, and how they're in business is a mystery.

      Cons

      Harrasing emails for job positions, no response to requests to be taken off email list. Promise enormous benefits, then renege on everything and expect the life of people crazy enough to join them.

      How to survive eTeam.

      Pros

      They have very good contacts and hence are able to get good projects. They do have a good marketing head who pushes your profile very hard.

      Cons

      They are very opaque about their strategies. They do not very much care about the employees benefit. They are very smart.
