Pros
- Great learning experience - Systematic process - Helpful team - Joining was smooth and very systematic - Help and support is always available - Working with client (Uber) was the most exciting experience, extremely hectic at times, but the work culture totally dependent on the program manager. - I got a good raise after working at Uber on very high stakes project and I'll always be grateful for that - If you can survive the internal politics in the client's team, your future is bright, if you can't, you'll still get good options after working with such a big brand
Cons
Some delay and hassle in the exit process but it was handled patiently and responsibly by the team.
