Pros

nice enviroment and ample opportunities and help from management incentives are best in the market. They value a Performing recruiter 500000. Only thing a recruiter needs to do is 1000 calls/ 40 submitals/ 8 interviews with 8 dollar margin start. If anybody achieve this target then that recruiter will earn 500000/12 salary plus incentives. This means a 15000/- person has an opportunity to earn more than 50000/ per month minimum.

Cons

Nothing.... but i think we should do some leadership outing with CEO

Awesome Company with excellent incentives

Pros

I did my biggest mistake by leaving eTeam Noida. This company gives lot of money and recognition. I had to leave because of better opportunity with US Tech however, that was my biggest mistake. All the best eteamites!!!! You guys are future of staffing

Cons

Nothing other than not retaining people with a compromise on salary increment in the middle of the year Director of eTeam is very strict

Average company to work for

Pros

Good work environment, VP on noida office is really good, friendly staff and it provides transportation.

Cons

The compensation is really low with bad perks and low salaries. Few of the senior management people are very bossy and talks in vey rude way to employees. They fire anyone without giving notice.
