Pros

Timely Salary, Training for all at the time of joining

Cons

Very Strict Timings Micro Management No Leaves, even if you are sick, they ask you to take medicines and work submissions, submissions.... submissions No submissions, you will be asked to work for extra 1 or 2 hours. No offers, you are out in 3 or 4 months. Even if you get offer, you will get very very less incentive.

Employee looks like contractor.

Pros

Salary is paying high compared to others.

Cons

The high pay is the trick since there's no career growth. You are already working as contractor to their clients and to Eteam you look like a contractor even you have signed full time. Employee's care is so low (request are answered a week late) They can end your contract anytime without prior notice. No investigation made if there is a complain

Pros

None except if you want to stay at home and do nothing.

Cons

They have no strategy, vision or goal! They hire people by making false promises, they will also document your compensation, benefits, KPI, but after joining them they will issue another document that the policy has changed and they take back most of the benefits/KPI. No office, no equipment, no support. They advertise their job openings in a way that they are offering permanent work from home but actually they hire people and MAKE them work from home and MAKE them use their own equipment, internet, headphones, etc. To a point that they have certain specifications for Laptop & Internet which you must get before you're onboarded (Yes you read that right, you have to get these on your OWN expense and you wont be compensated). The truth is they have closed their offices globally (saving that cost) and they have NO PLANS of going back in the next few years! They make it sound that they are doing a favor to their employees but giving them flexibility but truth is that they are saving that cost and the employee is bearing that cost. Their is NO career progression! Check their employee turnover ration on LinkedIn. Yearly increment and monthly incentives are DELIBERATELY delayed for months!! Do NOT believe what they promise you!
