Pros
No pros. You will feel that cab facility and hybrid culture is a pro. But its a trap. Never ever get trapped in this. The other reviews given are totally fake. The employees are forced to give good reviews every 3 months and have to share screen shots to the upper management.
Cons
The atmosphere is so toxic. One would even like to do rapido or zomato delivery. The will give you good salary. But they will fire you in just no time. I have 10 friends from here, including me, they fire you like dont come from tomorrow today will not be counted as present. They wont give you any pip or warning. They will just fire you. And its not like in first 2. 3 months. It happened even after 1 year of tenure. Leave encashment they will give you would on basic, which is very low. Managers are too toxic. Every now and then they would be threating you for termination. And yes if they fire you they wont give you any experience or relieving letter. It is so difficult to find other jobs because of this. Even in your fnf you wont be getting much money to survive much longer. And forget about work life balance. When you work in Eteam, forget about you have any personal life. You belong to Eteam like a slave. You will have extend each and every day. And you can't be late for even 5 minutes. And the trauma you get wont allow you to do any productive thing to do after the job. For instance, I had done 60 calls in that day. And my manager asked me that why you are not calling since 17 minutes.
