      Pros

      Has good potential for growth due to how new the healthcare department is with the company.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't understand industry knowledge of healthcare, so expectations are not realistic. They also try to keep staff income low but add more work than people are capable of. I personally have not been talked to respectfully by my peers and boss.
