      Pros

      This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They will not give you Paid Leave even. If you will ask they will reject or may terminate you. They make people work like donkey without 10 minutes break. They will pressure you in such a way that you might not drink a sip of water for hours.

      Cons

      As you saw I have mentioned cons in the pros section. That's their reality is, they don't have pros at all. No matter you give your heart and soul to the company, they will hardly take a single minute to terminate you. I would wish employees to join other companies. Please don't join this company even if they are providing you Lakhs because the leadership is inhuman.
