Toxic work culture. more pressure on employees to deliver and achieve targets even when client is unresponsive. I served the company for 1 year, the client we were working on didn't review or gave feedback on our submission, even after repeated follow-up, we served the requirements on urgent basis and with qualified profiles still the positions were filled through other vendors. this affected our starts, management was aware of this still pressure was on us to generate starts which isn't in our hands the best we could do as recruiter is to provide qualified candidates. taking leaves is like a bitter pill. you are looked down upon If you a leave once a month.
