      none nothing at all, bad experience.

      Cons

      the manager was the worst, he was so rude and unprofessional. the company's IT Team don't resolve any issue on time, they don't care if the employee is sick, they just need the work to be done.

      Incentive Policy is very bad. Management is not good at all. No need to work in that kind of company where you are not appreciated. Few managers are there who dont have knowledge about anything just because of there position that are sitting and giving orders.
