Cons
- Incentive structure sucks. I made 0 money even though I had 3 consultants on board at same time. It (Incentive structure) wasn't explained during my on-boarding process. There are many like me who don't have any clue about this structure. - Salary is less as compared to other companies - High ranking people (VPs and Directors) are very good and understanding but Managers and Leaders in middle are making our life tough. - These people (Managers and Leaders) micro-manage everything and use foul language when things don't go their way.
