      I din’t find anything good except for the training team. 1 month is all good but when you’re actually deployed, it’s the worst

      No support, no cooperation, just make calls. Name of a MNC, work of a BPO

      Pros

      Some teams are good . There used to be job stability 1-2 year back but not now. Salary on time

      Cons

      First and foremost thing if you don't want any type of bonus and festival leaves then this is the company you are looking for. Excessive micro management. They will make hell out of you if you have less no of calls because they like calls more than submittals. No client hold.lost a lot of offer candidates as project was cancelled most of time.
