      I don't see any good reason to why one should be a part of eteam.

      Cons

      Worse work environment No recreation No employee retention Non process oriented High dependence on single client Job security is always at stake here HR doesn't function like it should. Senior management is not efficient at making effective strategies or processes. The company policies are not at all employee friendly. Better stay jobless than join this organization.

      Pros

      Very nice place to learn. Its a good company having a lot of end client and in almost every domain. The advantage of eTeam over other staffing company is that this company works directly with the client and have good credibility in the market.Company have very skilled managers and SDPs. HR department is very supportive

      Cons

      Please don't introduce new process after every 15 days.
