      Need to obviously put extra effort to get job done, though this can't be considered as Cons.

      Average company to work for

      Pros

      Good work environment, VP on noida office is really good, friendly staff and it provides transportation.

      Cons

      The compensation is really low with bad perks and low salaries. Few of the senior management people are very bossy and talks in vey rude way to employees. They fire anyone without giving notice.
