      Worst Infrastructure- You can rats and mosquitos in your working bay Worst CEO- He cannot see anyone earning good money even he is performer Worst Incentive Plan- They call that so call recuring , but it is based on targets which is like hitting double century in T20 match, means you cannot achieve it Worst Enviorment- No motivation, pathetic apprisal

      Pros

      They have Requirements to work on. Reviews are Misleading 100%!!! All his Top Management Quit in 2012-2013. Owner got greedy and started stealing from everyone's commission and bonus. Do yourself a favor and stay away from firm!

      Cons

      This place is a revolving door because the Owner has a bad habit of stealing your commission and bonus. Makes Fake promises when you join and will never deliver till you Exit after making all the placement for him. Threats employees like dirt!

      Pros

      nice enviroment and ample opportunities and help from management incentives are best in the market. They value a Performing recruiter 500000. Only thing a recruiter needs to do is 1000 calls/ 40 submitals/ 8 interviews with 8 dollar margin start. If anybody achieve this target then that recruiter will earn 500000/12 salary plus incentives. This means a 15000/- person has an opportunity to earn more than 50000/ per month minimum.

      Nothing.... but i think we should do some leadership outing with CEO
