      Pros

      eTeam moved very swiftly after they approached me for a full-time contract position with one of their clients. They offered to rewrite my resume for the position. I was getting ready to pay someone to do this, and by them offering this service for free it saved me a lot of money! They also prepped me for each interview and met with me after to get my feedback. Very thorough and they have a 401k too!

      Cons

      One person at eTeam was trying to get me to take a lower rate, but I wouldn't and they later called me back and offered me what I wanted.

      Helpful coaching through the interview process and very available after you are placed as well, Aditya Singh has been great through the whole process

      Different time zone so communication can be a bit of work to organize

      I like working for E-team for many reasons. First E-team agents stay on top of everything you get pay in time and you have direct phone number with the agent to contact them or text them via messages. I have a E-team agents his name is Harshit Chaturvedi this man his a helpful hand he guide me to all the process until I succeed and get hired.

      you always find someone to help you when you needed help, great benefits and i can refer anyone to look for a job there
