Pros

Working at eTeams has been a rewarding experience overall. The team is supportive, and salaries are always paid on time.

Cons

The leave policy is a problem. Employees are only allowed one day of leave per month. Additionally, if you take leave before or after weekends or holidays, those days count as paid leave too, which is not good for work-life balance. Also, the company portal sometimes doesn't work properly. Despite these issues, the company's focus on professional growth and timely pay makes it a good place to work.
