      They have many direct clients where you get lot of different opportunities. Pay scales are very good . Best health care plans (United Health care). Strict immigration policies . Management is very good at all the times .

      Cons

      No participation in 401K plans . Some more benefits needed to be provided by the management . Some paper work processes takes a lot time
