      Pros

      Revenue share, which is better than profit share. The ability to work from anywhere at anytime. The ability to have questions answered immediately. The mentoring program is so much better for newer agents than any other agency out there. The split is so much better...no franchise fees! I cannot day enough wonderful things about this company.

      Cons

      On boarding can be a bit bumpy and confusing in the beginning, but thankfully your mentor is there to help you through.

      Software, Platforms, Live training's on mobile and laptop, work anywhere, support,education, video's, tutorials, mentoring, coaching, Staff, Fun, Events, Knowledge, Stocks, Commission Splits, Rev. Share, Exp World, Recordings. Social Media, Lead generation. Loads of help and tech. support.

      Cons

      Can be a bit overwhelming at first; but I will take that any day - over not knowing and having things!
