      Pros

      Onboarding, Support Staff and Broker Managers are amazing! The culture is like nothing I've experienced before. Because we are all Shareholders in the Company, we want to see our Colleagues succeed. We want the Company to do well because we all benefit. Other Brokerages don't function like this. Most don't have a very sharing environment where their agents collaborate. It really is out of this world! This IS the future of Real Estate...

      Cons

      Really no downside besides maybe not having a physical office - but then again that is the whole model and I knew this coming in!
