Love the teamwork, love having fast access to my broker when I have questions. Love being able to work independent from anywhere. Luxury certification helped me get two 4M listings recently!

Cons

CRM KVCore could be better - needs improvements! I am using Constant contact as that system tells me the opening rate of my weekly emails which KVcore does not??

Anonymous monthly survey (that isn't actually anonymous) Company pays for of the benefits cost Company is fully remote

There is a lack of knowledge across many areas that will come to light as the company continues to grow, especially among team leaders. This causes internal tension and fire drills. When it comes to important stuff like merit reviews, it's all over the place. The HR team blamed turnover for dropping the ball on reviews, but they could've given us a heads-up, It seems like the higher-ups just do whatever they want without thinking things through. Newsflash, merits usually happen every year! The company's all about the agents, which is great for growth, but it feels like the rest of us are kind of an afterthought. The Glassdoor reviews and ratings are misleading, many ratings are agents, not employees,

Cons

Great for the seasoned agent when first starting. A new agent needs to be part of a team with good mentoring. this company partners with you to make your goals attainable! They do not hold you back, hand cuffs are off!
