EXP offers an independent agent the opportunity to run their own business while supplying them with the virtual tools and support you would expect from an in-person team/brokerage.

Cons

If you are not self-motivated, it may be difficult to succeed without someone to push you.

Expectations are unrealistic, high stress and demand, recruiter does not give a true picture of the real levels of demand and expectations. The training on exp systems is poor. Virtual world is very disconnecting.
