So many pros! Every agent is owner/shareholder in the company and many stock awards are issued every year. Excellent splits and low annual cap. The best lead generation tools and training in the industry (IMHO) for only $50 month. I was able to build an amazing team and now earn revenue share (over $100k in passive income every year). Last but not least.... the PEOPLE at eXp are incredible! Everyone is always happy to help, share and give back - even if they are in Seattle and you're in Austin. Regis Offices over old brick and mortar. Access to continued education & training classes anytime in the virtual platform. High commission percentage and lucrative revenue share potential.

Cons

Requires adaptation from the old way of doing business in real estate. Must be willing to stay up to date on technical advances in virtual technology and marketing. Self-motivation, personal organization, and time management are essential for success.
