      Most efficient and truly ethical firm I have ever worked for

      Pros

      - the admin team is fantastic, they follow up religiously to make sure agents are paid, and they communicate with the agents clearly to submit the necessary correct paperwork - the sales managers/mentors are unbelievably helpful and encouraging. They are quick to respond to all questions and concerns. - the commission split is very fare and there are plenty of incentives to succeed

      Cons

      no downsides - it is a truly wonderfully functioning 1099 situation

      My Experience with eXp

      Pros

      Great team that I was a part of at the time.

      Cons

      There was little to no communication before unveiling things to the agents - so we were often the last to know. There was constantly changes happening in processes - they would just change things and never allow staff enough time to truly step into those changes. Managers had hardly any real say-so, or control over anything - they too were a cog in the wheel. Pay! They do mass hires, then mass lay-offs.
