      The amount of free resources and areas of growth that eXp offers is staggering. If you apply yourself, the sky is the limit. Would only recommend for self-starters,

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is the lack of a physical meeting space offered by eXp for agents to meet and exchange ideas.

      Virtual, receptive and responsive brokers, lots of training

      Cons

      Don't allow property management and don't allow agents to work open houses for agents from other brokerages
