equipment provided is about 8-10 years out of date and is constantly breaking down or needing replaced. tech stipend is actually included in your normal paycheck so you get taxed vs actually providing a proper stipend. they will promise you a salary and shift possibility if you work harder and will never follow through. The pay is well below industry standard for the same type of work being asked. Management is extremely immature and will play favorites constantly, valuing someone with a fake positive attitude over actual results and hard work, then blame the hard workers for things falling behind.
