      Pros

      Great company culture, State meetings are virtual, there are regular "in person events" locally and internationally, love being a stockholder and buying the stock at a discount, great commission splits and benefits for the the monthly $85 technology fee.

      Cons

      For a new agent it might be harder unless you join a team.
