Pros

Besides the obvious of remote employment, eXp continues to go above and beyond for staff and agents. I was part of a group that was laid off for necessary company budgeting last winter. I was not only hired back a few months later, but I have now taken a leadership role. Many positives to working within a remote brokerage. The culture is dynamic and the people are amazing! 10/10

Cons

Could always do better on wages and benefits, but honestly I only put that to fill this question as I am required to do so to post a review.
