Pros

If you are in it for the long haul, join with a great sponsor and mentor and dedicate yourself to what needs to be done, you can make unlimited money! Some of the area leaders have outings, yearly parties and so much more!

Cons

Choose who you want your sponsor to be carefully and interview many of them! Some of them just want a name on a list while others are absolutely amazing!
