Commission splits are decent, though not the best I have ever seen, they have very successful teams all over Canada that are almost always looking for new talent. Good place to be if you are a new realtor, or even an experienced veteran in the industry, and are self-motivated

Cons

Since it is a cloud based brokerage, realtors who need to be in the office to get tasks done will suffer

Brokers available all the time, the training is top notch, Great company giving you the tools you need to run your business and retire with residual income. The company is always on top of all the changes and is advanced which they share for all companies to learn. Best owner and CEO. You can get 100% commission and earn all your cap back in stock!

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about this company. I wish I know about it sooner.
