Lack of leadership and values.
When I reported racism to management, I was told that I need to work with people who have different views than me. My boss was a co-founder and had every authority to stand up for me and his company, but did not. HR got involved, only to take the same stance - none. No comment from the CEO.
The one time I tried to encourage a fellow female colleague, I was met with fierce opposition. I pointed out we did not hold the same standard when proactively providing opportunities for men and was instantly siloed as making it a "women's issue" and met with "not all men" arguments all the while having to listen to generalized comments about women.
The mission is pure proliferation and revenue, nothing I could really stand behind and sacrifice my personal morals on a daily basis for.
I normally don't write reviews, but feel I should give a fair heads up to my fellow Asian women in tech.
