Pros

The payment is good. Full remote work.

Cons

Very unorganized development teams. Actually I wouldn't call them teams, you rarely share task with other teams members, each one is assigned some projects and you work on them alone. Little to no documentation, no qa testers. What you would expect from a bad start up, not an Amazon company.

Get to work overtime when you ask for it Great Co-workers and Mangers

Cons

Work load gets larger every 6 months-1 year You don't receive any sort of raises based on experience or years worked You will work Holidays There is a point system for missing days. You can be having some real life issues, but you will still receive a point for missing a day.
