Pros

The higher ups in the educational professional department are very professional and knowledgable. The chaplain is very caring and considerate, when I had a death in the family, I was surprised how she took the time from her busy day to check in on me. The teachers work well together.

Cons

It depends on who you are as to how you are treated. I don't like it when people lie and believe lies of others. It makes for a bad work environment. Favorites are played by administration and upper management.
