Working at Encircle the mission was great in the beginning.

Cons

Working there can quickly change your perspective, as there is a high turnover for a reason. The abuse of power and the lack of understanding from upper management regarding the program's importance can be disheartening. They encourage mistakes that undermine the case and contradict state and federal guidelines. If you don't feed their ego and become a "yes" person, you may not be included in the clique that prioritizes optics over the population being served. Unfortunately, being associated with this company can potentially harm your career.
