There are so many pros here: our culture, our people, and the impact we have on so many people is like nowhere else. I thought it was too good to be true when I joined, but they mean what they say from the beginning. This is a safe place where people truly care about you, both professionally and personally, and I feel my opinion is valued and listened to by not only my teammates, but also leadership and our CEOs. Everyone is open to feedback and truly works together to get things done. I'm never expected to work after 5 or on the weekends, and managers are flexible with our time when needed. Everyone cheers each other on and is generally super positive with each other. There's a ton of transparency, so we all know what's in the works and there aren't any surprises. This has by far been the best job I've had and I never want to leave.

Cons

We're still growing, so compensation and benefits are still growing as well. However, leadership takes our feedback into account and enacts quickly on what is important to their people.
