Pros

evolvedMD has the most compassionate and empathetic employees at all levels who truly care about each other and our mission. The best company I have ever worked for in my career. Our total compensation package is generous. It includes above market salaries, quarterly bonuses based on self care, professional development and individual KPIs, a technology allowance and 401(k) with company match. We collectively have the opportunity to receive an Annual bonus, plus we all receive Employee Incentive Plan Awards. We receive 80 hours of paid vacation (which increases with tenure), 40 hours of paid sick time, plus 11 paid holidays (we’re closed the last week of the year)!

Cons

Continued emphasis on process improvements and communication as the company continues to scale and grow.

Pros

As a behavioral health manager, I'm the primary counselor at a large medical practice. The position provides solid clinical experience treating clients with a variety of mental health issues. I work independently but am supported by a team including coworkers, care coordinators, and an amazing clinical supervisor. The company offers a decent time-off package, good compensation, and provides monetary incentives for self care. They stress work/life balance and really try to prevent burnout with employees. I feel supported, valued and would strongly recommend this company.

Cons

The hours are Monday-Friday 8-5, and there isn't a lot of flexibility. High deductible health insurance plan. Sedentary position, and I am sitting all day.

Pros

The HQ culture is awesome, super great, super fun, super welcoming and really seem to put the work life balance and self-care values into place. The value of self-care is legitimate, and there are policies in place to back that (i.e. time off and bonuses being contingent on both quotas but also meeting self-care goals). The leadership team appears to try really hard to improve and grow as much as possible and make themselves known as people you can go to if you have any thoughts. They want to find ways to make sure people feel connected and included and are trying to make that consistent, even for folks on the outside in the field.

Cons

Some of the policies outlined are harder to stick to in practice (day to day in the field), however, the leadership team makes themselves open and available to feedback and ideas about how to improve their employees day to day.
