Business Outlook
Pros
- Management is very transparent - sensitive information is shared with everyone at the company (not just the execs). - Great team: talented group and just overall "good" people (no a-$-$-holes). - CEO is great - she seems to genuinely care about the well being of employees. - Awesome work/life balance.
Cons
Company has grown significantly over the past few years, with that comes some growing pains. Much less of a "startup feel", more layers of hiearchy and process (which isn't necessarily a con depending on what you want).
