Cons
-The fast moving, start up culture may not be the right fit for everyone as you have to be willing to step outside of your comfort zone and be very proactive -There's always more to do than you're able to realistically complete which makes prioritization and boundaries very important. Leadership supports you setting those boundaries though and de-prioritizing work which isn't as important. -Depending on role, compensation is not as competitive as parent company of Coca-Cola.
