Pros

Awesome culture, family-feel, social and collaborative environment. You can tell people genuinely like what they do, and are proud of the company they work for. Leadership has made a great effort to keep the work-from-home population engaged and informed during COVID.

Cons

Teams run very lean, which can either be a good or bad thing at times.

Pros

Recently named a best place to work by an internal employee survey. Managers care for their employees and want to see them succeed. Willing to provide quality feedback for employees about how to progress their career. I appreciate the honesty and inclusion in Monthly Town Hall meetings, especially since the start of COVID.

Cons

Very little entry level roles, most roles require 4-5 years of experience. A more defined career progression process should be established.
