Pros

Incredibly intelligent team with a passion for the brands they represent. Always striving to do what's right for the business and customer, all while caring deeply for employees' own career successes. Because of the "small company" feel, the company is extremely agile and can quickly course correct when things don't seem to be working.

Cons

Because the company is still in somewhat of an infancy stage, there is still a bit of a learning curve in a few areas. However, the team is adamant about learning from mistakes and ensuring the right strategy moving forward.

Pros

Awesome culture, family-feel, social and collaborative environment. You can tell people genuinely like what they do, and are proud of the company they work for. Leadership has made a great effort to keep the work-from-home population engaged and informed during COVID.

Cons

Teams run very lean, which can either be a good or bad thing at times.
