fairlife has been nothing but wonderful these last few years - the management team cares about their employees not only at work but also on a personal level too.

Cons

The company is growing like crazy, the demand has caused some capacity constraints which can limit certain opportunities for growth

Controller and director are micromanagers. I was the third accounting manager in the year as previous two had quit. I quickly learned why.
