Pay is good. Most of management is really trying to make a positive impact Coworker are nice. Company is growing quickly and future Most of management is nice and knows what they want.

Cons

Owner is very involved and it sometimes feels counter productive There is a feeling of distrust between management and day-to-day task workers. Growing pains Like many organizations, there are a few executives that can be a bit out of touch with lower level employees.
