Get a paycheck, paid health insurance that isn’t that great but that’s about it.

Cons

Trying to grow too fast. Planes breaking constantly. Management micromanaging everything. Making life on the road hell one day at a time. Used covid as an excuse to change working conditions from okay to horrible. Subtlety trying to make specific targeted pilots quit. Either they Quit or get let go eventually. Steer clear
