Great Company to work for if you have a family

Pros

FPRS office environment is very laid back and quiet. A lot of the employees have been here for a while so it has a family atmosphere. One thing I really like about the company is the interaction between upper management and the employees, you can always find our CEO out about talking to the employees and interacting not just in the office away from everyone.

Cons

I don't really have any bad things to say. I thinks every company has its issues, it's up to you how you handle and seal with them. For every bad things you have 10 great things

Pros

I loved the travel but the company became cheap.And that is the only good thing I can say.

Cons

We lost a major contract and I did not work for six months They cheated me on pay several times and would do nothing to fix it.. When I turned down a job with only one hour a month they terminated me. I lost my vacation pay and had worked for the company for fifteen years. Honestly would you want to work for a company like that?

Pros

Steady work for most of the year and worked at the same stores, so you could get comfortable with the client. Flexible about needing time off and I had a great boss.

Cons

No pay raises, no vacation paid time off, and a lot of travel. Inconsistent work hours especially if you are not the team lead. Learned recently that we lost a major accout and our jobs will end.
